Caribbean Metals Pantime Steel Orchestra is the newly crowned champion Junior Steelband in Saint Lucia. The 35 member youth band, led by Cecil Tortee Philgence captured the top prize at the National Junior Panorama Competition that was held at the National Cultural Centre Grounds on Sunday 28th April, 2013.
The event which was produced by the Cultural Development Foundation, featured the musical talents of seven bands from around the island including two new bands with the participation of approximately 250 young persons between the ages of 6 – 20 years.
