Business of the Arts (BOTA) is a fully-funded programme which targets entrepreneurs within creative industries and is designed to equip its beneficiaries with capacities in business and entrepreneurship. The programme aims to help its beneficiaries improve their products and services by offering a greater understanding of key business concepts, such as 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭.
The programme is an initiative of the Cultural Development Foundation, supported by the St Lucia Social Development Fund(SSDF ), Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) under the @Basic Needs Trust Fund (BNTF) and administered by the SALCC Sir Arthur Lewis Community College.
