The Gros Islet Constituency Council will commemorate CARICOM’s 50th anniversary with an emancipation lecture entitled “Wither Caricom – 50 Years of Service to Ordinary Caribbean Citizens.” Dr. Armstrong Alexis, Deputy Secretary General of Caricom, delivers the lecture.
