The Chairman and Board of Directors of the Cultural Development Foundation have advised that the CDF’s Strategic Plan 2013-15 which was instituted under the rebranded CDF will be reviewed to ascertain how well the CDF has delivered on its mandate. The review will ensure that the activities of the organization are kept within the parameters of agreed strategic aims and objectives; that they are consistent with the organisation’s vision, mission and values and; that internal and external changes which may require adjustments to the organization’s strategy or affect the organization’s ability to achieve its objectives are identified and addressed.
The Review will be conducted by Yves Renard from September 4th, 2017. The review will take the form of interviews/discussions with staff members as well as private and public partners with whom the CDF collaborates in implementing its mandate.
