The Msgr. Patrick Anthony Folk Research Centre (FRC), is in search of an Executive Director to manage the affairs of the organization. The individual will be required to provide effective leadership and management of the FRC in the implementation of programmes on the sustainable management of Saint Lucia’s intangible and tangible cultural resources. The Executive Director will be charged with the tasks of resources mobilization and the management of the FRC’s financial resources. Other tasks include the maintenance of effective relationships with related local, regional and international institutions for the benefit of the organization.
Applicants must possess a minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in a senior management position, with considerable experience working with civil society, private and public sector organizations at the local, regional and international.
Applicants must also possess at least postgraduate qualifications and certification in Management or Administration, Cultural Studies or Education. Any experience working with the programmes in cultural development, non-governmental organizations will be a tremendous asset.
