Art and the City form part of the Arts Component for the 2025 Saint Lucia Jazz and Arts Festival. It presents an interactive showcase of emerging Saint Lucian artists complemented by selected works of other notable artists regionally and internationally.
The City of Castries will be the central hub for everything Arts during the Saint Lucia Jazz and Arts Festival– a space to enjoy the confluence of rhythm, colour and movement. Castries will be transformed into a creative space that sets the ambience for an interactive, cross-cultural journey of artwork from local, renowned and burgeoning artists. Set against the backdrop of the vibrant Saint Lucia Jazz and Arts Festival, the City of Castries will become the gallery space that features modern and contemporary genres that span visual, auditory and performing pieces. From Sunday to Thursday preceding Main Stage, the five-day event will invite artists to create an imaginative world and allow visitors and patrons to enjoy imagination and creativity in its limitless expressions.
